As an out-of-town home owner I wasn't quite sure who to call to sell my house. I heard of Dino and Catherine Cates from several friends who used them in the past. The one thing I kept hearing was integrity. I called Mr. Cates and got an honest assessment of the value of my house. I listed with him and my house sold within a couple months in the dead of winter. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. We first met Dino and Catherine in October of 2017. Catherine showed us several properties, one of which we really liked. We didn't purchase anything at that time. They were very helpful in the sale of the first of two houses, finding a buyer within 3 days of the listing. There were some issues with zoning and getting a surveyor out there, but they provided guidance through it, providing me with the tools need to get it done directly.
